Since the Items we sell are sent digitally, and proof of full and successful delivery is required to complete the transaction, returns are not accepted.
In the case of unsuccessful delivery by the automatic delivery system, or failure to manually deliver the Items by the seller within the set time period, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In case of a technical malfunction with the automatic delivery system or any other non specified case, our compliance team will analyze it on a case by case manner, and issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
